As a Tax, ObamaCare Invalid

It will be interesting to see where this goes. I hope somebody will challenge it on these grounds, and then John Robert's will be estopped from claiming it isn't a tax, since he just said it was, and will be forced to rule ObamaCare as invalid (that is if he were to follow the Constitution):
