Voluntaryists and the Constitution
This essay explains how voluntaryists (anarchists) can approach the Constitution, keeping in mind D&C 98:6 that states that we are "justified" [before God] in "befriending" the constitutional law of the land. Remember the saying that the enemy of my enemy is my friend? The Constitution is the enemy of the current Federal leviathan, therefore, we may (and arguably, should, according to D&C 98:6) befriend it in order to use it as a weapon against growing statism in the US. This has been my approach since becoming a principled voluntaryist. Of course, we should never take our eye off the ball of a completely voluntary and free society.
